Garment has been treated with Naturexx, an anti-microbial treatment which assists the body in wicking moisture away from the skin to the surface where it can evaporate. The anti-microbial treatment also helps retard the growth of bacteria or fungus that can cause odor skin irritation, mildew or fabric degradation. It is constructed with a high performance Comprexx Tecsheen fabric. These fabrics are long lasting and retain their shape and compression even under extended wear and washing.

Great post-surgical vest!
I had top surgery and the elastic around the bottom of the vest that the surgeon sent me home in was causing unreasonable pain to my ribs. The compression around my armpit wasn't optimal, either. I ordered a vest online from Curalux and Jenny called right away offering to do an in-person fitting to make sure I got the right size. She was able to see me the next day. Her fitting room is near the Main Street/Science World skytrain station, which was really convenient. She took my measurements and fit me in this vest, which goes down to my waist so that the elastic at the bottom doesn't crush my ribs. It also has better compression around the upper chest and armpits. Although it's annoying to have fabric higher up in my arm pit, it's definitely providing more even compression for healing. And going in person saved me on shipping costs. Jenny has served loads of trans clients and is trans friendly. Highly recommend!
